Officially Cowgirls.

So last time I was in New Orleans I wasn't 21, enough said? Rey & I shared a huge 5 dollar drink and listened to dueling pianos, so great. We treated ourselves to a fancyish seafood dinner since we hadn't spent any money on food that day and were starving. It was seriously delicious. George (our beverage server, who we instantly became friends with) brought us lots of wine, dished about his upcoming nuptials and chatted about bar recommendations. After dinner with a few more drinks in our bellies we found what we had been looking for ever since we drove through Alabama... a mechanical bull. EPITOME OF THE SOUTH. So naturally we both rode the bull, which was a sight to be seen. So tremendously funny. My only regret is that we didn't have cowgirl hats on. Bummer. The night was full of new experiences, new friends and running into a couple from Long Island, NY... yup you can leave the Island but the Island will never leave you. (ON a side note Rey was really "funny" last night and has forbid me from putting some instances on the blog...you should ask her about her night in New Orleans, she'll laugh and give you more explicit detail)
